This policy explains what personal information PROMEXON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Promexon”, “we”, “us”) collects through promexon.com and our communications, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about it go to info@promexon.com.

Promexon books qualified estimate appointments for residential remodeling companies in the United States. PROMEXON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is the company responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

02What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, chat with us, email us or phone us, we collect what you provide. That usually means your name, company name, email address, mobile phone number, and details about your business and what you are looking for.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and the tools we use receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. The site does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers. Our chat and booking tools are provided by LeadConnector and may use cookies or similar technologies they need in order to work.

03How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and talk to you about our services.
  • To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls and estimate appointments.
  • To send follow-ups related to your enquiry.
  • To provide the services you engage us for.
  • To keep the site working and secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

04Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to send you follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional updates about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. The full SMS terms are in our Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our scheduling, messaging, email and website hosting providers, and only so they can perform those services for us. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.

None of the sharing described in this section includes text messaging originator opt-in data or consent, which is not shared with any third parties, as set out in section 04.

06How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete it.

07How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your choices

  • You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@promexon.com.
  • You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.

09Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
